IT'S A WICKED SUMMER!
Step into the magical world of Wicked in this week-long musical theater day camp where campers will defy gravity through hands-on learning in drama, dance, music, and themed crafts. Students will explore scenes and songs inspired by the beloved story while building performance skills, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment. The week culminates in a performance where every camper gets their moment to shine on stage. Perfect for young performers who are ready to discover their voice, make new friends, and experience a little Broadway magic!

Get ready for a whirlwind day of theater fun with our Play in a Day Camp! Under the direction of Laura Baltz, students will tackle Don Zolidis’ hilarious play,
The Audition.
Students arrive at Marian University at 9:30 a.m., lines already memorized. From there, it’s full speed ahead! Students rehearse all day, receiving individualized attention and a professional-level stage experience to prepare you for any theater challenge. The day wraps up with a performance at 4 p.m., where family and friends can enjoy the results of your hard work.

A RADIO NOIR COMEDY TAILOR-MADE FOR...MURDER!

It's a sultry day in the city, and Sam Shovel has a dead man in their office. That's just the first in a string of murders in the fashion industry. It's up to the private eye to find the connecting thread and sew up the case. This 1940s detective noir parody radio show will leave the audience in stitches!

DREAM TEAM SUMMER DAY CAMP

AGES 10-18
June 17 – 21
1 – 4 p.m.
CrossRoads Church at Westfield
(If this fills, we’ll add a second session in the morning.)

This week of camp is dedicated to young artists and actors with autism spectrum disorder.
During this week, campers work with Musical Theater director and vocalist Jaimie Riechman and friends.
Campers work on all aspects of musical theatre – exploring music, dance and acting.
Sessions consist of learning music and vocal technique, scene study and basic theatrical moment.
The week concludes with a performance the last half hour of camp for family and friends.
Make new friends, laugh a ton, and enjoy the excitement of musical theatre!
This week will be based on connection, collaboration and letting every camper find their own way to shine.

Please bring a snack and lots of water! Students must respond to verbal directions, be
independent with the toilet and not require one-on-one supervision.

This camp is kept at a low-capacity and has a 1:3 counselor to student ratio.

Our Summer Mainstage performances are back for a second year with
Ronald Dahl’s Willy Wonka for two casts:

HIGH SCHOOL | Ages 14 - 18 | July 12 - 14
MIDDLE SCHOOL | Ages 11 - 13 | July 19 - 21

Auditions are April 20 beginning at 3 p.m. at CrossRoads Church at Westfield. Callbacks are April 21.
There is a non-refundable audition fee of $30 required to secure your audition time.
The $320 show fee is not due until 24 hours after the cast list is announced.
There are no ticket or parent volunteer requirements for this show.

Due to the high interest expected and the small cast size of this show
(25 students per cast), there is a possibility of students not being offered a role.

OUR COUNSELORS

Camp staff includes local artists,
Point Theater Production Artistic Teams, Point Theater teens, and teachers.
These counselors are high energy, experienced, and love working with kids!
Point Theater counselors are great role models for our students.
All counselors have been background checked and adhere to our Mission and Values.
