AUDITION SPOTS FOR
INTO THE WOODS and 12 ANGRY JURORS
ARE FULL
Click below to be added to the waiting list.

PLEASE add your student to the waiting list.

We very frequently have drops from the audition list
due to students learning they have crucial rehearsal/show conflicts
once school begins or students not having audition materials prepared in time.
We ALWAYS pull from the waiting list for auditions.

REGISTER FOR AUDITIONS

STEP 1:  SET UP A PARENT ACCOUNT

If you're new to The Point, you'll want to set up your parent account.
You can do this any time,
and it will make things easier when classes/audition spots open.
You will add your students when you register them for their membership.

STEP 2:  REGISTER FOR A MEMBERSHIP

Click the link below to register for your membership.
If you're new, this is where you'll add your students and their information.
Please make sure you're registering your student
for the membership, and not one of the parents.
NOTE: Our workshops for neurodivergent students
do not require a membership.

STEP 3:  REGISTER FOR AUDITIONS

Once you have your membership, you may register your students for auditions.

CHANGE TO THE REQUIRED TECH WEEK REHEARSAL POLICY

We've listened to the concerns of our families
and are making the following changes to our policy to better serve our students.

For our Fall Session (The Election and Matilda, Jr.),
if a student misses a tech rehearsal due to a mandatory school/family event,
the student will still be considered for all roles during auditions.
Missed rehearsals may still affect casting;
directors still have the ability to replace a student in their role
if absences are added after the cast list has been released.

If you have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to laura@thepointtheater.org.

ASSISTANT STUDENT DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITIES

Many of our students want opportunities with directing! We'd love for you to serve as a student director of our plays.

CRITERIA

  • Must have acted in a minimum of three plays with The Point
  • Must be a current member
  • Must have limited conflicts for rehearsals
  • Must be a junior or senior in high school
  • Must have acted in a Point regular season production over the past year
